A Study on the Influence of the Next Generation Colored Inorganic Geopolymer Material Paint on the Insulation Measurement of Concrete Building Shell

Many studies have shown that paint with reflective heat can effectively reduce the temperature of building envelope and future energy consumption building. This study inspired next-generation inorganic geopolymer material (IGM) color without volatile matter, which could be applied on concrete surfaces to in warm seasons. In this study, a total five insulating IGM paints, white, red, green, blue, yellow, were 50 cm × 12 slab top surface. The highest average light reflectance all paints was 87.5% white paint, higher than plain (36.4%). flux surface examined laboratory, those test results verified outdoor. showed upper lower slabs, colored best performer among colors, whereas storage coefficient (Sf) green painted slabs 0.57, 0.53, 3.62, 2.95, 1.91 W·m−2·K−1, respectively, (24.40 W·m−2·K−1). presented externalize thermal admittance. overall measurement had better insulation ability slab, especially paint.
